En mi afán por encontrar fuentes con que nutrir el blog y mi conocimiento sobre el mentado autor al cual está dedicado, buscando y buscando me encontré con una curiosa nota aparecida en un diario de Australia en 1903. Sin más palabras paso a copiar la noticia cuyo titular no deja de ser llamativamente curioso: La apostasía del clérigo.

A CLERGYMAN'S APOSTACY.
LONDON,
The Rev. Robert Hugh Benson, a son of the
late Archbishop Benson, of Canterbury, has
Joined the Roman Catholic Church.
The Rev. Robert Hugh Benson was born in
1871. He graduated at Trinity College, Cambridge,
taking his B.A. degree in 1893, and M.A.
in 1898. He was ordained a deacon of the
Church of England in 1894, and became a
priest the following year. In 1901 he became
a priest of the Community of the Resurrection.

His residence up till recently was the House
of the Resurrection, Mirfield, Yorks.
